Thank you for your interest in seeking employment with Rous County Council. We currently have the following position available:
This position will provide first level support services to internal stakeholders and to assist with the helpdesk ticketing system; configuration and troubleshooting of various equipment and printers and to provide general assistance to the ICT team in the completion of key projects, day to day tasks, administration and documentation.
NOTE: This position will require the successful applicant being included on an on-call roster for after-hours duties, or as otherwise directed.

Contract Position - Minimum 12 months, maximum 5 years (with an option to renew)

Joint Organisations have recently been established by the State Government as a mechanism to strengthen collaboration between local councils and the State Government on regional initiatives, as well as to plan, prioritise and facilitate important regional projects across traditional Council boundaries.
The Executive Officer is responsible for establishing the new organisation and for setting the pace by driving early success and exploring new ways of working between communities and local and State government to promote regional leadership and cooperation.
